SPL is a grassroots music movement rooted in East Devon.

We produce live events, run community workshops, and broadcast on SPL Radio, all built around one idea: that great music and strong communities go hand in hand.

In 2026, we're expanding our reach with the East Devon Soul Festival, new opportunities for young people, and a radio programme powered by local voices.
